I handled this paper as an Academic Editor, and I was impressed by the integrative approach by the authors, in which they used a powerful combination of demographic modelling, estimates of gene flow using molecular markers and ecological information. This study should be of interest both to those interested in local adaptation and to those interested in population viability and conservation biology.
