All nesting material used in this experiment were donated by FiberCore, an environmental enrichment company. All mice were also donated by Charles River Laboratories. BNG at the time of conducting, analyzing, and writing this manuscript was a student at Purdue University. Upon graduation (Aug. 2011) she was hired as a postdoctoral researcher at Charles River. Charles River had no input on the interpretation of the results. All authors had full control of all primary data and its interpretation.
