Competing Interests
The authors have the following conflicts: Dr. Hurtubise is the research and development director of the commercial company Innu-Science Canada, Inc. Dr. Brault's salary is provided by a grant from the Canadian and Quebec Governments through the BMP Innovation scholarship program, aimed at fostering the development of university-industry partnerships. Dr. Brault is a PhD student in Dr. Shareck's lab at INRS, and does not commercially benefit from the publication of this manuscript. As grant recipients from the National Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), Dr. Shareck and Dr. Doucet are two academic professors involved in collaborative research projects with Dr. Hurtubise's team at Innu-Science.
