Competing Interests
In the 36 months prior to submission, GDS received research grants for unrelated projects from GlaxoSmithKline and SanofiPasteur, BJL received a research grant for an unrelated project from Merck Frosst Canada, and DMS was principal investigator on a clinical trial for which influenza vaccine was provided free by SanofiPasteur. No other authors have conflicts of interest to declare within 36 months of this submission.
