Competing Interests
I have read the journal’s policy and have the following conflicts: GHL has accepted consulting fees for service on scientific advisory boards for Elanco Animal Health, and Intervet/Schering Plough (now known as Merck Animal Health) an dZoetis. In addition, GHL has received honoraria and paid travel expenses from Elanco Animal Health and Zoetis, and has served as a co-author with, and graduate advisor of, Elanco Animal Health personnel.
