JJB is the data analyst for the MIKE programme. RWB was a resource specialist for MIKE since its inception and then a co-opted member of the MIKE Technical Advisory Group from 2003 to 2009. RWB and FMU were contracted by MIKE to carry out the analysis of the data presented in this publication for a report to the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties in Doha (Qatar) 2010.
