Competing Interests
Funding was provided by Undersea Explorer for berth space and access to study sites, for some equipment purchases and for staff support in field work. Andrew Dunstan was employed by Undersea Explorer from 1996 to 2006 within a company whose mandate was to provide the highest level ecotourism experience while funding and undertaking quality research and supporting conservation and education in marine science.
