Thank you for this well-conducted and well-discussed study. In pursuing higher rates of detection for truly new cases, it seems that cataloging the logistics and efficacy of alternative case finding strategies (household, or other community-based, in particular) has been a challenge. I'm curious about your opinions regarding this, and whether there are initiatives to empirically assess the efficacy of alternative case detection methods. A related question is how we would measure such improvements and standardize the assessment of alternative case finding approaches...
