Alternative Interpretation of Results & Conclusions

If we take 2.5 X background of the BSA background, about 52% of CFS and 27% of NHS may have been positive by serology. Based on 3c, similarly about 80% CFS and 23% NHS would be positive. Specificity is determined by western blotting and antigen sequencing, respectively, not arguments. Plasmids are not useful as controls & needed a positive WB sample for the PCR.
