Maybe only 4 choline/ethanolamine kinases

There are two well known choline kinases (CHKA, B), and two ethanolamine kinases (ETNK1-2). The fifth entry may be a false positive: in the supplemental Table 1 it appears to be ENSP00000312189, but Ensembl lists this as a Carnitine O-palmitoyltransferase
