The first two U's 3' to the 181 sequence

This is a fascinating article. I couldn't help but notice that you did not report the effect of changing the two U residues immediately after the mature 181 sequence (and before the stem-loop). Have you ever looked at the effect of these residues on miRNA activity/expression?
