Notwithstanding the numerous and valid criticisms detailed by rpgeorge and electrician, I was stunned by the many assumptions regarding LED technology. The assumptions are twisted; incorrect; and do not constitute science. The researchers either do not understand LED lighting and/or do not understand the associated horticulture research. Perhaps the only reliable information in the study are the direct efficiency comparisons; however, given the research's divergence from facts, it would not be unreasonable to question the resulting data as well.
