Testing for C. perfringens type B (or D)?

1) Which labs in or outside the US can test blood for antibodies against the C. perfringens epsilon toxin or the presence of C. perfringens types B (or D) in fecal samples?
2) Are Rumah and others seeking subjects for further research?
