The "correction" is just a change in nomenclature...

The correction replaces "tssD" with "hcp." "Hcp" (Haemolysin Co-regulated Protein) is the more frequently used term to refer to the gene since it was coined before the "tss" (Type Six Secretion) nomenclature came into common use. Similarly, most groups refer to "tssH" as "ClpV" (It first identified as a Clp family protein found primarily in Virulent strains. Its discovery actually predated the identification/naming of the Type VI Secretion System). Along the same lines some groups refer to "tssB" and "tssC" as "vipA" and "vipB" (clpV Interacting Protein).
