I wonder if there are things happening in the brains of those who appear to be 'brain dead,' yet have out-of-body and near-death experiences such as Dr. Eben Alexander in "Proof of Heaven." Supernatural phenomena have not been quantifiable nor explainable by science as we know it; there is so much in the universe that man has not (and may not ever) be able to perceive... So what is reality? Is science really truth, or just a figment of reality relative to our human understanding?
