Wonderful study. I have a question regarding the tissue preparation for LCM. Do you not rinse the slides in ddh20 prior to dehydration by ethanol and xylenes? Without a breif rinse in water, I observe a cloudy opaqueness on and around the tissue (the OCT compound?). This opaqueness is worsened by xylenes. Any thoughts?
