closeAccession numbers

The sequence numbers in some of the supplementary tables, particularly for the mRNA, do not match any data in Genebank. Were these data deposited and if so could you please supply the accession numbers to go with your 454 read identifiers.

There has been a lag in depositing these into the GenBank database. Yury was moving to a new city and new job at the time, and was involved in reanalyzing all of the data an additional time (in order to assure that we were reporting all of the results accurately) and ran out of time to upload those sequences. He will be uploading them within the next few weeks. We apologize for the delay.
