After our paper was sent to production we noted a few errors. These errors do not affect any of the results or conclusions of the paper.

List of corrections:

1) In the introduction where it says

“…but carbon dating of its vellum and stylistic analysis of its illustrations suggest that it was written around the second half of the fifteenth century (Dr. Greg Hodgins, University of Arizona, personal communication).”

It must be replaced with

“…and carbon dating of its vellum (Dr. Greg Hodgins, University of Arizona, personal communication) and stylistic analysis of its illustrations suggest that it was written no earlier than the first half of the fifteenth century.”

2) All 5 instances of the word “Pharmacological” must be replaced with “Pharmaceutical”.
