the panels A and C have been switched. Panel A actually shows the ORIENTATION scores for each volunteer before and after beer consumption (and not the activation scores as currently indicated). Panel C actually shows the ACTIVATION scores for each individual before and after beer consumption (and not the orientation scores as currently indicated). Panel B and D are correct.
The mistake is entirely mine.
I thank drs. M. Vlaar and classroom ABV - BIO for having raised this issue.
