Updated protocol for Pico Profiling available

Since Affymetrix discontinued the 10K SNP kit, which we used for labeling and fragmentation of cDNA, we provide an updated protocol with order numbers for the individual components needed from the 10K SNP kit. The updated protocol is available in the downloads section of www.dnaarrays.org
