100000, 30000, 15000, 10000, and 7000 times, respectively (personal correspondence)

These counts are the number of files that were downloaded for each dataset in a single month, and not the number of times each dataset was downloaded. However, this does not change the main point that many of these datasets are being downloaded in massive amounts.
