Figures appear in wrong order

The legends are all displayed in the correct order, but the actual images for the figures seem to have come out wrong. The images should be moved in the following way: image in Figure 3 -> Figure 9, image in Figure 4 -> Figure 3, image in Figure 5 -> Figure 4, image in Figure 6 -> Figure 5, image in Figure 9 -> Figure 6.
