p.2, col.1, l.-5 - -4 “locally identifiable” should be replaced by “locally identifiable at that point”.
p.2, col.1, l.-2 “weakly locally identifiable if there” should be replaced by “weakly locally identifiable at that point if there”.
p.2, col.2, l.5 “gradient weakly locally identifiable if there” should be replaced by “gradient weakly locally identifiable at that point if there”.
p.2, col.2, l.15-16 “local identifiability, which in turn implies weak local identifiability. By the” should be replaced by “local identifiability. By the”.
p.3, col.2, l.8 The second subscript "pi'(i)" should be replaced by subscript "pi'(j)" in the denominator of this expression.
p.3, col.2, l.-15 The subscripts "pi(i)" and "pi(j)" should be replaced by subscript "i" and "j" in the denominator of this expression, and the superscript “k” just before “]” should be replaced by “p”.
p.4, col.1, l.-18 A comma should be inserted before “theta = (theta subscript {i})subscript {i=1} superscript {p}” at the end of this line.
