All of the models used in the study are stored at Dryad (http://dx.doi.org/10.5061...), which, as of the date of publication (29 May 2013), has been informed to release the hold on the link. The models are in Strand7 format, a commercial FEA format that can be viewed with the free viewer released by the company: http://www.strand7.com/ht...
