It seems to me this study overestimates the costs the four genotypes.

I confirm the mistake on the HPV vaccination campaign in Italy. Moreover, it seems to me this study overestimates the costs due to the four genotypes, in particular those related to 6-11 genotypes which differentiate the quadrivalent from the bivalent vaccine, e.g. see the lack of split among genotypes in Table 4 for head and neck, vulvar and anal cancers.
