All of the 16s rRNA sequence fragments are now accessible in genbank under the accession numbers below:

Where are the sequences from the original Illumina deep sequencing? No one can replicate your analyses without them.

We need the actual deep sequencing data to be able to work out the percentages. Looking at the graphs it is possible that count numbers are less than 50 for each sample as the percentages go up in increments of more than 1%.
