Comment;
I have a much simpler explanation; the reduction of pruritus and the ugly appearance of the skin. An overall response in 14/25 patients in the French Study of 2010 after Masitinib is pretty good and gave a highly siginificant reduction of itching.

Obviously, you don't know what continuous itching day and night means. I do, for about 30 years already. And I am not depressed. With Kind Regards HVDP.
