MAK2 is implemented in qpcR package

The MAK2 model of this work has been implemented in the "qpcR" package for the R language:
http://cran.r-project.org...
In addition, a MAK3 model has been developed together with G. Boggy which is MAK2 plus an additional baseline slope parameter. The relevant parameter from the fit is "F0" which can be used directly for ratio calculations.
