Middle initial missing

Unfortunately, the middle initial in my name went missing somewhere in the writing process. It should be Matthias C Wichmann.
Letting that aside I truly enjoy these results are available to everyone now. Comments by reviewers have indeed improved this manuscript and now I'm curious to hear more what people think about it.
