MMP14a morphants may still have gastrulation defects

Nice paper - minor detail, though: the authors claim there are no gastrulation defects n mmp14a morphants based on the criteria shown in figure 4D. However, that figure is concerned about defects in epiboly rather than body axis extension. An in situ for no tail, hgg1 and dlx4 would show whether there are migration defects of the prechordal plate or convergent extension defects of the axial mesoderm.
However, this is not really relevant to the rest of the paper, which has beautiful neuronal pictures and nice in situs, among others. Thanks for publishing!
