very nice paper with important implications

nice paper! I think this paper has important implications beyond basic research for clinical diseases. It is interesting to note that up to three decades ago there has been reports of antidepressant use in irritable bowel sydrome, and some recent observations of anxiety and depression with IBS. It will be intereesting to see more answers and knowledge in this area in the future.
