closeHSC70 loading control in Figures 1 and 5
Posted by h0hao001 on 30 Oct 2012 at 13:01 GMT
Due to the limited number of passages of normal melanocytes (HEMa-LP cells), adequate exosome proteins from this cell line for multiple analysis was not available. In order to save HEMa-LP exosome protein lystaes, we used the same blot to sequentially probe different antibodies in figures 1 and 5. Therefore, the same HSC70 loading control was used in these two figures.
