In the second paragraph of "Trial Design" in the Methods section, the second sentence should read: Trial participants took the Polypill (amlodipine 2.5mg, losartan 25mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and simvastatin 40mg) for 12 weeks, and an identical placebo for 12 weeks, the sequence being allocated at random.
