Do you have data on the percentage of patients with chronic pain in your research subjects that have also been diagnosis with Fibromyalgia (FM) or fulfill the diagnostic criteria for FM?
Are there any differences in the IL-1 response among females and males (even if they did not reach statistical significance)?
Sincerely,
I. Goldstein, M.D.

Dear Dr. Goldstein,
Thankyou for your interest. All chronic pain participant's diagnosis are presented in the supporting information table. There is 1 patient with Fibromyaglia in each of the group (CP+O and CP).
As our study was not powered to examine any gender differences in the IL-1Beta response we do not know whether there will be any differences.
Best Regards,
