(A) Low-resolution metallomic imaging mass spectrometrometry (MIMS) intensity profile of 66Zn in a 22-month-old wild-type mouse brain in sagittal section.

The study is supposed to measure 66Zn levels, however in the image of Fig. 11A it is written 63Cu. It is unclear whether the image in the figure is showing 63Cu or 66Zn. It is difficult to imagine how an author who is preparing an image for 66Zn study can write 63Cu by mistake.

It appears that the figure caption has been formally corrected at the beginning of the article. It seems that text given in the legend of Fig. 11 (A) and (B) has been switched.
Maybe it would have been more reader friendly if the corrected text replaces the old caption.
