eCBTs

There is a growing list of eCBTs that have been produced by many private companies. I am glad to see more evidence to their efficacy, although I think there is a very big difference between validating the concept that eCBT CAN work and demonstrating that a SPECIFIC eCBT is effective. I have seen several that have content thrown together by technology companies with only cursory review by professionals to provide the appearance of legitimacy. So, I'm thrilled to see more clinical proof, but I would caution extrapolating to all eCBTs.
