The array dataset for this study could not be uploaded at GEO. As a result, the authors have shared the data with the PLoS ONE Editors, the dataset is available via the following link: http://www.plosone.org/at...

The authors are commended for providing these data. However, additional information is needed to allow assessment of the results by readers:
1. It is not clear whether these data are raw or normalized data. The authors are encouraged to indicate this and to provide the set that has not been included.
The samples are numbered, but it is not clear how these numbers relate to the samples described in the article. Sample names and groups are needed here.
