closeFASTA sequence and Gene ID

I have tried to obtain the FASTA sequences corresponding to some of the Gene ID listed in Table S1 but without success. I tried to obtain this information both at ftp://Jatropha:9uebluesrj... and at the NCBI nucleotide database (Project ID: 63485). Could anyone please advise me on how to solve this problem?

The sequences listed in our paper are available at ftp://Jatropha:9uebluesrj... and at the NCBI nucleotide database (Project ID: 63485). The project of mine (ID: 63485) in the NCBI nucleotide database is under processing, so it need some time to download from this site. While, you can get these FASTA sequences from the site of “ftp://Jatropha:9uebluesrj....
To download sequences from this site, you should do as follow:
Firstly, you should open “my computer” at your computer;
Secondly, enter the ftp://Jatropha:9uebluesrj... at the address;
Lastly, you can find a file legend and open it, and then you will get what you want.
