An indian author selected topic carrying international importance

An idian author selected a very excellent topic .It has international importance and as multidrug resistant uropathogenic E.coli is worldwide community acquired infection problem,this data will help us to choose proper emperical theory.According to my personal opinion stydy shoud mention the HA-UTI and CA-UTI and separate data for ICU patients.Summerising that it is well written ,good study in india.
