Clarification of terms.

Dr. Decatur is correct in pointing out that the modifications discussed here involve both modified bases (pseudouridylation) and sugars (2'O ribose methylation). One tends to be lulled into using the term 'base' as shorthand or jargon for 'nucleoside'. My thanks to Wayne for pointing out this inaccuracy.
