closeNHANES Data Set Link Not Working

The link in your paper for the data sets is not working:
.."released by NHANES on the Center for Disease Control website http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/a...βes/dxx/dxa.htm ). "
An error message for the above link says, "Resource Not Available".

The CDC has apparently moved the data. Try this link
http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/n...
At the bottom of the page select the "Multiply Imputed Data" for the years you are interested in. There are 3 different datasets (1999-2000, 2001-2002, and 2003-2004). We merged the three into one large database for our analysis.
Best wishes, Tom
