How about RNA22 ?

I was wondering if you had determined if your ~3000 predicted human microRNA precursors fall overlap with the ~25000 microRNA precursors that were predicted by Miranda et al (Cell 2006 vol. 126 pp. 1203-17) using an algorithm that is independent from conservation. You do not mention their prediction method at all in your paper.
