This is a fine manuscript describing the modelling by homology of an important class of proteins. I am not sure whether the manuscript is within the scope of the journal, but there are no novel methodological insights in this work, and it might be worth for the authors to submit it elsewhere in a more specialized journal where the impact will be greater, to reach the relevant scientific community.
