ERRATUM

In the Methods, we wrote: "0.1 - 2.5 uM tubulin was polymerized in BRB80 buffer, supplemented with 2.5 uM MgCl2 ..."

2.5 uM MgCl2 should be 2.5 mM MgCl2.
