The locus tag given for Neisseria gonorrhoeae FA1090 pilE in Data Set S2 (row 74, column Q) is incorrect. The correct locus tag is NGO2061. This locus is not annotated in the NCBI entry for FA1090, but can be found in the genome at 2038032 bp to 2037736 bp, on the complementary strand. Please refer to the STDGEB Database (http://stdgen.northwester...) for the pilE annotation in FA1090.
