Total T units error correction

Upon reviewing our paper, free T values were incorrectly reported as ng/ml. The are actually pg/dl. To make all units comparable, we recommend that you divide all free T values by 100 to put them into pg/ml as these are the units in which total T and DHT are reported. This does not affect any of the statistical tests since the SEs are identical irrespective of units. My coauthors and I apologize for any confusion this has caused.
