Details of a follow-up paper on one of the upregulated biomarkers

Locus hCG_1815491, which encodes one of the biomarkers identified in this paper as being upregulated in adenomas and CRC (Supp. Tables S3, S4 & S6), has now been allocated the gene symbol CRNDE. A detailed investigation of its elevated expression in colorectal neoplasia is in press, and is currently available as an online pre-print:
