Algorithm availability

The cran page states that this was used for the previous breast and lung studies. When will the modified algorithm used in the GBM study be available - or is this the correct version? I didn't see any link in this paper to the algorithm, so could you clarify for me?

Version 2 of the software is now available at http://cran.r-project.org...

Mac and Windows binary version will be available at the same site in a few days.
