miRNA- small RNA interactions????

Yours is the one of its kind articles showing the importance of loops. I have always believed that loops have an important role to play in small RNA interactions. If interchanging of loops can cause reversal effects, possibly blocking loops to interact with the environment can also show drastic effects. Since loops are prominent features of miRNA's is there a possibility that miRNA signal each other or may be through interacting proteins through them. We already know that ADAR's are involved in miRNA editing. Have you during your course of experiments seen such an effect?
