What is the scale in Figure 5? The units are "0.2", "0.7", and "0.4" for the bars below panes a,b, and c, respectively. Does 0.2 in panel a represent 0.2 amino acid difference per thousand aa? 0.2 units on the Manhattan distance scale? 0.2 ducks for every aardvark??
